Nicole graduated from CSU Channel Islands with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and an emphasis on International Relations. From a young age, Nicole's parents instilled an interest in public policy and an awareness of disadvantaged populations and from then on, she set out to work for a nonprofit organization that works to enrich the lives of underserved communities.
In October 2014, Nicole began working at Echoes of Hope and after just one short year, was running the day-to-day operations for the organization. She has been able to not only increase the number of youth served annually but continually increase fundraiser revenue.
Previous to working at Echoes of Hope, she excelled as a part of the Operations Team at an Autism Center and prior to that, she taught dance to children and ran all aspects of a small dance studio in Valencia, CA; including volunteering her time to teach dance to low-income kids and teens in the community.
